Monitoring Appeals Committee

The Council has established a Monitoring Appeals Committee, who are responsible for hearing the appeals from members/member firms in respect of the findings of a Quality Assurance review.

The member and/or member firm must notify the Monitoring Appeals Committee in writing within 14 days, outlining the reasons for their refusal to accept, the decision of the Monitoring Committee.

In the event that the member refuse to accept the decision of the Monitoring Appeals Committee, or fails to respond to said committee in the time allowed, the matter shall be referred to the Director of Professional Conduct as a complaint.
